Supreme Court Building in DC new Hooters?

The political left has struck again. Justice Anthony Kennedy gleefully read portions of the five justice majority that essentially gives full U.S. Constitutional rights to people who at one time were shooting at your husbands, wives, sons and daughters or plotting to fly airplanes into buildings.

For starters, this is a huge slap in the face to soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines who are still in country fighting. It should be noted that there is past case precedence for prisoners of war NOT having constitutional protection. Do a Google search for Johnson v. Eisentrager (339 U.S. 763). The court ruled that U.S. courts had no jurisdiction over German war criminals who were being held in U.S. managed prisons that were not on sovereign U.S. territory. Yes, this was basically thrown out in 2004 by Rasul v. Bush, but you should look at the difference in how the courts were stacked at the time.

The leftist courts better ask for more funding for parking lots. They'll be inundated with appeals and writs of habeas corpus (or habeus corpus). I propose that we just close the Supreme Court and turn the building into a Hooters. Then they won't have to privatize the Senate Dining Room due to the sub par quality of food. This will also give the Senators something to do in the off hours.

There will also be some serious modifications to the decision making process on the battlefield. Do you capture an enemy or take him out? There is a possibility he'll be back on the battlefield because our ignoramus Supreme Court thinks they have constitutional rights. Bye bye Osama.
