The court ruled that U.S. courts had no jurisdiction over German war criminals who were being held in U.S. managed prisons that were not on sovereign U.S. territory. Yes, this was basically thrown out in 2004 by Rasul v. Bush, but you should look at the difference in how the courts were stacked at the time.

The leftist courts better ask for more funding for parking lots. They'll be inundated with appeals and writs of habeas corpus (or habeus corpus). I propose that we just close the Supreme Court and turn the building into a Hooters. Then they won't have to privatize the Senate Dining Room due to the sub par quality of food.
